Hi PCHers! Hope you all had an enjoyable and well-deserved winter break, and that you're ready to start this quarter (and year) off on the right foot! We've already got a whole slate of great events lined up for you, so here's a preview of what's to come.
Are you a new or returning member? Regardless, start fulfilling those active membership requirements by coming out to our first General Meeting of the quarter! It will be this Thursday, January 6, from 5-6 PM in Kerckhoff State Rooms 131 and 133 (note the time AND location change from fall quarter). We will be reintroducing our club, and then hosting a social to get to know you all better! Help the Health Fair Directors publicize the upcoming Our Lady of Peace Health Fair by flyering with them! The dates are Saturday, January 9 from 6-8 PM and Sunday, January 10 from 9 AM-2 PM. Email Health Fair Director Nia for more information. The OLP Health Fair itself will be held on Sunday, February 7 from 8 AM-2PM at the OLP Parish in North Hills, so mark your calendars! You're all invited to PCH's Medical Outreach Banquet to raise money and awareness for this summer's medical immersion trip to the Philippines. The banquet will be held on Saturday, January 23 from 5-7 PM in the James West Alumni Center. Please see the weekly newsletter for more details on how to RSVP and buy tickets. Hope to see you there! Lastly, the Health Site dates for winter quarter have been set to help you plan ahead and get those volunteer hours. Health Sites are all on Saturday, and always from 8 AM-2 PM. Please note that these dates are subject to change, so be sure to keep an eye on the newsletter or ask anyone on staff for the most up to date information. Here are the dates:
Let's all have a productive quarter (and year), everyone! Best wishes :)
